This project is for Netrix Global is a leading b2b Tech and outsourced IT company. I was challenged with designing with a theme and producing a webinar series, and its promotion.
The company was looking for a way to sell Microsoft E5 Stack contracts in the form of a webinar campaign. After meeting with the team we decided to shoot for 6 complete webinars to teach about each Microsoft Application individually, and decided on theming the campaign around Halloween, since it is a fun idea that "takes the boring out of tech" and the timing of the event being so close to the holiday.
The Campaign took an entire month to create all of the necessary components, and all 6 webinars were performed in a two-week period.
After the webinars had concluded and their marketing leads followed up on, the entire campaign with a net spend budget of only $2000, ended up successfully bringing in $875,000 in marketing based revenue for the company.
After pitching the idea for a Halloween themed webinar campaign, I was tasked with desining a standalone logo for the series. I used lots of bold white lettering
and strokes to off-set the logo from the company's darker branded color background.
I was tasked with creating social media content in the form of (6) 1:1 advertisements, and a Linkedin carousel to promote the webinars, as well as the thumbnails required
for BriteTalk's website.
In collaboration with our Developer I designed the web page to host CTA forms to funnel in leads from the webinars, as well as BT page.
In Powerpoint I designed 6 hour long presentations, presented by their subject matter experts, accompanied with lots of Halloween themed infographics and animations.
Pieced together short-form videos for social media in order to aid in following up on leads and bringing awareness to those who missed the event.
